Demon's Souls with rare guide book (Deluxe Edition)

SELLING ONLY AS A BUNDLE - $40 if you pick up under my block. To meet up at other locations (to my convenience), it will be at $45. This is an original black label Playstation 3's Demon's Souls and with the official guide book from the very rare Deluxe Edition. I don't have the cover slipcase anymore so I'm selling them as in the pics. Not for fussy buyers. The Official Guide Book is highly sought after. The pages are still intact but a slight dent on the cover, nothing major (refer to the pic). Game is tested and works perfectly.
